- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my son to fix two cavities that were bothering him. Dr Ali had time to fix only one. Yesterday we went for the rest of work to be done under general anesthesia in U of A and dr said that he has abscess in the same tooth because of inappropriate installation of filling. He had to pull tooth out, clean the area, freeze the nerve, stitch the gum. Few days and he infection would spread to the blood so we would have to go to emergency. I hoped that Dr Ali could help but instead he made it worse. If we would do anything, he would still have a tooth. I don't know how and why he did this, was it a bad day or his general performance, but I don't want to risk it anymore. I would rather drive him to Edmonton and have longer waiting than have one more of this experiences. His reception and assistants are good though,so complaint is not about service, it's just about main issue-dental. They didn't even say sorry about it.by galadriel lothlorienAugust 03, 2017
